  2. Prof. Dr. Nyoman Griya: Customary law and dispute resolution mechanisms.
  3. Dr. Timo Kivimäki: What can conflict research offer for the resolution of conflicting principles: modernity vs. tradition, citizen’s rights vs. indigenous rights, harmony vs. dispute resolution.


13.00-17.00: Session II:

Topics:

  1. Identification of interests of communities

  2. Brainstorming of ways for mutual gains

  3. Identification of principles for inter-community dispute resolution

  4. Suggestions for further action: drafting of an action plan.
