The ICSN Asia Link project is administered by the University of Helsinki, which is the contract owner of the project. The project activity in Helsinki is based at the Department of Political Science. The Director of the project is Prof. Heikki Patomäki, the head of the Department. Together with Prof. Patomäki, Dr. Timo Kivimäki, who coordinates the project, participates in the project-related teaching.
